Blood Administration Set with Micro-Blood Filter, non-vented

Non-vented blood administration set with micro-blood filter for the administration of blood and blood components stored in blood bags for gravity administration.

Advantages

Pre-filter 80µm / filter area 10 cm2 and blood filter 40µm / filter area 22 cm2

  • Pre-filter with pore size 80 µm and filter area 10 cm2 plus main blood filter with pore size 40 µm and filter area 22 cm2 helps to prevent particulate contamination by retaining particles >40μm Hanging filter basket arrangement in the upper part of the drip chamber for soft impingement of blood drops in filter basket.

Drip Chamber

  • Clear, non-vented piercing spike with blunt tip to prevent puncturing of bag
  • Fully transparent dome offers visibility for accurate flow rate measurement
  • Elastic pump chamber allows easy and quick set-up of fluid level

Roller Clamp

  • Roller clamp with ergonomic design enables fine and flexible adjustment of flow rates
  • Secure spike protection at roller clamp for safe disposal

Luer Lock Connector

  • Screw tight Luer Lock patient connector toprevent accidental disconnection which could lead to microbiological contamination

  • Pressure resistant up to 400 mm Hg. (approx. 0.5 bar).
