The B. Braun Taiwan (BBTW) team visited Taipei’s Bethany Orphanage in July and donated 60 bottles of Softa-Man®. The orphanage had requested for the hand sterilisation product which would be used by the children and care-givers at the facility.
After a tour of the facility, Softa-Man® was introduced to the orphanage staff and general guidelines on its application was explained. B. Braun’s vision to protect and improve the health of people around the world was also shared.
Bethany Orphanage was founded in 1959 and currently cares for approximately 30 orphans or abused children. With very limited funding from the government, they are in need of financial aid, as well as food and medical supplies.
The donation to Bethany marks the first activity of BBTW’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme with plans to continuously support the orphanage and other children-focused initiatives.
